I felt much better this afternoon after eating my apple with lowfat cheddar.
Then I headed to the gym and did 3.5 miles on the treadmill doing speed intervals. I got home late, and so did Derek, so we opted for a simple dinner. I heated up some leftover sweet potato pie and served it with steamed broccoli.
This sweet potato pie is sooo good. Its super rich and creamy, and the cornbread crust is great. I highly recommend it. After all the sugar I ate today, I decided to abstain from having a cupcake tonight. Instead I'm eating a few candied almonds. That counts as health food, right?
