So despite having my big fruit breakfast, I still wanted a mid-morning snack.

A tiny bowl of granola (probably 1/4 cup) with some skim milk. Then lunch today was a very tasty sandwich!

BIG chunks of avocado, cheddar cheese, tomato, and lots of sprouts on soft 7-grain bread. It was supposed to come with chipotle mayo, which I asked for on the side, but they forgot. Which was actually for the best - it definitely didn't need it!
Now I'm sipping a cup of organic chai with a little honey and skim milk.
